S.W.E.A.T. stands for Strong Women Exercise And Train.  The program is designed to assist women achieve their health and weight loss goals through exercise and nutrition. We believe there are no shortcuts when it comes to being healthy, but our professionals are here to direct you every step of the way.

About T_Minus100.

Tracy Robinson, also known as T_minus100 in the virtual world, is a thriving Fitness Instructor (Zumba and Xtreme Hip Hop) and a Personal Trainer.  Tracy is a native of Houston, Texas and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Master’s degree in Communicative Disorders and serves as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist.

Tracy has always been known as the “curvy” girl of the crew, but while in college, her freshman “15lbs” turned into gaining over 75lbs and the curves were buried by an unhealthy body which led to her being diagnosed with high blood pressure and Type II Diabetes. Though she had always been active, it wasn’t until after the adoption of her three children, Jay, Leah, and Kya that she knew it was time to get serious about her health.

In 2016, Tracy and her husband Marco decided to go on a Daniel Fast. The Robinsons didn’t realize how the fast would change their lives. 

While on the fast, not only did Tracy began to lose weight, but she began to change from the inside out and realized that God’s plan for her life was to be healthy.  As a result, Tracy’s spiritual journey had also become a physical one enabling her to stop taking prescribed medicines. She is now 100lbs lighter and effectively helping other women to begin their transformation journeys.

Tracy’s motivating spirit has afforded her the opportunity to teach fitness classes locally in churches, gyms, and on the road in several states. Tracy’s Trap Zumba Class has been described as “a dance fitness class like no other.” She leaves her students feeling, inspired, confident, and ultimately audacious with her invigorating music and energetic dance moves. Also, an agent for change, she has launched several fitness challenges that motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle.

Tracy prides herself on having a “winning mindset”, which was one of the keys to helping her win $5000 in the National Heat Challenge and being one of the 5 top transformations out of thousands of contestants.

Always centering balanced nutrition and total fitness as her objectives, Tracy vigorously pursues assisting her clients in achieving their health goals. S.W.E.A.T. with T_Minus100 is more than a title, but a mantra and mission which she lives daily.

We offer a multitude of high energy classes for all fitness levels that allow you to work out alone or with friends while providing a mix of invigorating music that encourages you to move. Our coaches are knowledgeable, attentive and thrive on inciting our participants to leave it all on the floor during each and every class.
